How You'll Make An Impact
- Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance our products and processes
- Champion improvements to our codebase and product functionality
- Propose innovative ideas to drive measurable improvements
- Contribute to quality enhancements within the team
- 1 years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, or C#
- Hands-on experience with a JavaScript framework like React
- Familiarity with SQL databases and domain modeling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with face-to-face collaboration and synchronous communication
- Ability to challenge assumptions and push back when necessary
