Responsibilities
- Prepare accrual basis financial statements.
- Utilize strong financial analytic skills.
- Reconcile cash, credit card, merchant service, and other accounts.
- Manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Provide exceptional service within budget constraints.
- Utilize cloud-based accounting systems and integrated add-ons to support client needs.
- Driven, Accountable, Humble, and Team-Oriented.
- Innovate and drive improvement across teams.

- Motivated by challenges and committed to continuous learning.
- Proficient in Quickbooks Online or Xero, Shopify, Bill.com, Gusto, and collaboration tools like GoogleMeets and GoogleChat.
- Passion for supporting small businesses.
- Expertise in GAAP-based financial reporting.
- Experience in e-commerce, technology, and professional service industries.
- Consulting or public accounting experience.
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems.
- Competitive salary range of $60,000-$65,000/year variable compensation.
