Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their EV goals and assist in implementing tailored real estate plans.
- Initiate projects, define scopes, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with client-driven objectives and deadlines.
- Coordinate the documentation of business terms and conditions for real estate assets, including land and commercial properties.
- Monitor and maintain a pipeline and project tracking software to ensure timely transaction completion, preparing reports and presentations as needed.
- Track all transaction activities, prepare commissions, forecasts, and vouchers, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Utilize data analysis to provide insights for informed decision-making by clients.
- Adhere to state real estate agency requirements and the company's corporate policies, ensuring compliance and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, such as Lease Administration, Project Management, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration of services.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 3-5 years of experience in real estate transactions or related fields. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Valid Real Estate Salesperson License is required.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information and manage team dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong mathematical aptitude, capable of handling financial calculations with accuracy.

CompensationSalary for the EV Transaction Manager position ranges from $85,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
