Job DescriptionAs the Associate Director of Sourcing and Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in leading strategic sourcing, procurement, and contracting efforts. You'll focus on categories like Marketing Print and other indirect spends, driving initiatives that shape our company's future. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S., enabling you to tackle challenges while enjoying a balanced lifestyle.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute category management strategies, including sourcing, RFx processes, and vendor management.
Review and negotiate complex vendor contracts in collaboration with legal and stakeholders.
Support end-to-end procurement from sourcing through contracting and ongoing vendor management.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business objectives and enhance supplier partnerships.
Lead market research, benchmarking, and spend analysis initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Requirements4 years of experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Contract Negotiation.
Demonstrated ability to lead and achieve positive outcomes in team settings.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
