Role OverviewWe are looking for a Bilingual Retail Supply Chain Data Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our account lead to support a prominent automotive retailer. Your primary focus will be to assist in transitioning reporting processes to our new platform. You'll play a key role in training retailer personnel and fostering adoption of the new system by demonstrating its value. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential to effectively communicate with our retailer's Mexico division.
What You'll DoGain expertise in the retailer's supply chain data within our innovative platform.
Educate and empower retailer personnel on using our platform to enhance collaboration with vendors.
Work closely with strategic suppliers to develop streamlined workflows that drive sales, optimize inventory levels, and reduce supply chain costs.
Generate comprehensive reports across the vendor community to provide actionable insights.
Implement tracking mechanisms to measure the impact of insights and actions on retailer ROI.
Manage client inquiries and internal requests related to platform access and user support.
Facilitate tailored training sessions and ongoing education initiatives for retailers on our platform.
Develop a deep understanding of our data assets to become a subject matter expert.
Organize and present data in compelling narratives to facilitate informed decision-making.
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to meet client needs and ensure high satisfaction.
Promote the latest innovations and improvements in our platform to drive business growth.
Identify and implement process enhancements and share best practices across teams.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with a quantitative focus.
2-3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in retail or supplier environments.
Strong proficiency in manipulating and analyzing large datasets.
Ability to create customized reports and adapt insights to client needs.
Passion for leveraging data and analytics to drive business outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at delivering data-driven insights.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with diverse teams and external partners.
Curiosity and critical thinking skills to understand client requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Experience with supply chain, loyalty programs, or POS data is advantageous.
Familiarity with Circana Unify platform is a plus.
