How You'll Make An ImpactCollaborate closely with our Carrier Management team to optimize performance strategies, evaluate outcomes, and drive recommendations.
Analyze and derive actionable insights from insurance carrier performance data to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and enhance data dashboards and reports using leading tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Integrate carrier performance data into broader business operations in collaboration with product and analytics teams.
Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Utilize project management tools to ensure timely completion and seamless collaboration across teams.
Support our Analytics team by providing data-driven insights that align with Carrier Management objectives.
Who You AreBackground: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a similar industry.
Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and data analysis software such as SQL, Python, or R.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the insurance industry landscape.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights effectively.
Collaboration: Strong team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Initiative: Proactive in identifying process improvements and optimization opportunities.
