What You'll DoManage and improve on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and track the progress of customer orders and partner jobs.
Build strong relationships with customers and partners, providing frequent updates and ensuring their needs are met.
Utilize technical expertise to support manufacturing design and production processes, ensuring timely job completion.
Collaborate with suppliers to oversee activities such as assessments, scheduling, quality reviews, and corrective actions.
Resolve issues including product rejections and customer complaints, ensuring replacements are handled promptly.
Provide detailed status reports and contribute to efforts in recovering challenging orders and projects.
What You'll BringPrevious experience in project management, supply chain, or customer service is essential.
Ideally, a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing or related operations.
A background in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a technical field is preferred.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and inspection methods.
Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and solution implementation.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while driving tasks to completion.
Excellent organizational skills, adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
