Job DescriptionAs a Category Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving growth solutions for the Auto Retail Channel. Your day-to-day will involve leveraging consumer insights, data analysis, and market assessment to develop strategies that propel our brands forward. You'll work closely with key customers, building trust and credibility while driving category growth.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong relationships with key customers to drive category growth
Provide market-leading insights and recommendations based on consumer and market data
Lead the development of category strategies and action plans
Utilize Category Management capabilities to identify business opportunities
Monitor industry trends and competitive activity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate emerging trends and opportunities
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA a plus)
5 years of experience in the CPG industry (3 years in Category Management and Sales)
Strong analytical and project management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and syndicated data sources
