ResponsibilitiesManage the dose ordering management system to coordinate the supply of radiotracers from global manufacturing partners to imaging sites.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and reliable delivery of clinical trial materials.
Monitor production schedules and coordinate logistics to minimize disruptions to study coordinators, imaging sites, and patients.
Facilitate communication and documentation of clinical supply issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
Develop and update guidance documents and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
RequirementsHigh school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a scientific or statistical field preferred.
Demonstrated experience in supply chain logistics is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Office 365 Suite; familiarity with SQL Database structures is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with experience in professional communication via email and phone.
