About The RoleAre you a Consultant experienced in delivering full-cycle transformation programs? ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive problem discovery through primary and secondary research.
Utilize lean principles, data analysis, and problem-solving methods to identify process and systems improvements.
Prioritize initiatives aligned with client strategic goals.
Develop conceptual, functional, and technical requirements for process and system solutions.
Coordinate solution development and manage implementation efforts, ensuring successful rollout and KPI tracking for value realization.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive project success.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical field with relevant professional experience; advanced degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous problem spaces and take ownership of projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of successful analysis-driven solutions.
Ability to work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
Experience in material management, supply chain, inventory, or logistics preferred.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as lean management or Six Sigma is a plus.
Proficiency in process modeling and diagramming software/tools desirable.
