ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service:
Assist customers with order processing and quotations.
Maintain clear and friendly communication via email and phone.
Collaborate internally to resolve any customer inquiries promptly.
Purchasing AgentEvaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and availability.
Interview vendors to understand their products and negotiate contracts.
Manage purchasing orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and recommend alternatives when necessary.
