Role SummaryJoin us as a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth processing of daily customer orders for our Retail business. You'll be responsible for maintaining excellence in logistics operations, ensuring orders are filled accurately and delivered on time. Collaboration with our Planning team will be key as you navigate product availability and contribute to our Supply Chain Planning cycles.
ResponsibilitiesManage our Retail business by validating and progressing customer orders through to shipment and timely delivery.
Utilize customer databases to monitor and optimize order fill rates, on-time shipping, and compliance with ASN requirements and Vendor Charge-Backs.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions to continuously improve performance.
Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, resolving shipping and delivery issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate closely with Planning and 3PL teams to streamline order execution and ensure on-time deliveries.
Communicate deviations from standard policies to ensure exceptional customer service.
Balance case fill rates with on-time delivery goals, maintaining strong relationships with 3PL providers to uphold performance standards.
Coordinate with Demand Planning on promotions, stock availability, and sales order updates.
Act as the primary contact and Project Lead for operational initiatives in Retail business expansion efforts.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on critical KPIs such as Fill Rate and On-Time Delivery.
Participate in pilot programs and roll-outs, applying process improvement techniques to enhance efficiency.
Manage order-to-cash and fulfillment processes, ensuring smooth operations.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
3 years of experience in Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing, or customer service roles.
Proficiency in supply chain and customer service information systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Ability to collaborate effectively and manage stakeholders.
Position Type: Full-time, exempt.
Work Environment: Hybrid, with opportunities to work from our Marina Del Rey office or remotely.
Salary: Competitive salary ($70,000-$85,000 range) plus bonus.
