Provide expert support for system implementation, process optimization, and performance analysis.
Become a super user of our demand planning system, guiding others to success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize demand across our manufacturing locations.
Maintain and enhance the demand plan and forecasting activities.
Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities, driving informed decision-making.
Facilitate training sessions to promote understanding and adoption of our demand management processes.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on demand planning.
Proficiency in demand planning systems and processes.
Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis and modeling.
Experience with tools like Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel occasionally (~20%).
