Role OverviewAs Director of Global Capital Facilities, you'll lead strategic initiatives to expand and enhance our facilities worldwide. From overseeing new builds and expansions to driving cost efficiencies and implementing sustainable solutions, your work will directly impact our ability to deliver excellence across our operations.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the development of new facilities and infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet business needs and compliance standards.
Drive efficiencies through improved contracts and standardized approaches to maintenance and upgrades.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize facility management and mitigate risks effectively.
Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies to enhance facility operations and sustainability efforts.
Partner with real estate teams to evaluate opportunities for facility acquisition and disposition globally.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in overseeing large-scale facility and infrastructure projects.
Proven track record in project management and implementing sustainable practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence in a complex organizational structure.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Willingness to travel occasionally for site assessments and global collaboration.
