As our new Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations. From building a vibrant company culture to ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction, you'll oversee operations in your region with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
What You'll DoLead and inspire a team of operations managers and technicians, fostering a dynamic and cohesive work environment.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive service sales and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Expand our operational footprint by deploying resources strategically and hiring talent to support growth.
Partner with leadership to enhance operational efficiency and scalability, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
Serve as a point of escalation for operational issues, offering proactive solutions for continuous improvement.
Monitor and optimize regional performance through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Travel regularly (approximately 50%) to engage with your team and stakeholders in person.
What You'll NeedA bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 7 years of experience in operational roles.
Experience in industries such as automotive, mobility, or home services is advantageous.
Proven track record in managing and developing teams, with a strong ability to motivate and communicate effectively.
Expertise in supply chain and procurement procedures.
Ability to collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed teams and time zones.
