**Job Title: Engagement Manager - Direct Marketing Solutions**
  • Location:** Remote (Northeast or Midwest United States)
We are seeking a dynamic Engagement Manager to drive the successful implementation and management of integrated direct marketing solutions. This role involves working with multiple business units and services, including data segmentation, program development, and direct mail production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities**Client Interaction and Relationship Building:**
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand and achieve their goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, regularly meeting with clients and internal teams to highlight milestones and challenges.
Communication And Collaboration
  • Lead communication and collaboration efforts with internal direct marketing teams, sales organization, and leadership.
  • Ensure alignment and coordination of end-to-end service solutions, including successful implementation and support of service strategies.
Business Rules And Project Planning
  • Gather, document, and maintain business rules for client-direct marketing programs in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Create and manage project plans, monitor progress, and validate scope, time, and resource estimates.
Risk Management And Issue Resolution
  • Identify risk factors and contingency plans, communicate project status, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Hold service team and client team leads accountable for tasks and milestones, escalating when needed.
Continuous Improvement And Reporting
  • Document lessons learned and incorporate findings into ongoing and future programs.
  • Manage the development and execution of metric reporting relating to key service elements.
  • Report, monitor, and take corrective action to maintain service levels and deliverables in compliance with contracts.
Strategic Leadership And Business Development
  • Provide consultative solution development, leveraging Omni-channels and new technologies.
  • Support sales and leadership in pre-sell activities, RFP responses, and selling activities.
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing and augmenting additional service offerings.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with clients in partnership with sales and service teams.
Budget Management
  • Operate within a pre-established budget, controlling costs by managing and containing expenses.
  • Assist in creating and managing budgets.
Qualifications
  • 7 years of project or program management experience, with 3 years in leading and managing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to develop, lead, and execute client presentations and business reviews.
  • Proven ability to manage a large workload, prioritize demanding deadlines, and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Strong teaming and leadership skills, with a focus on maintaining a high-performance team.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and success in leading multiple demanding projects concurrently.
  • Working knowledge of project management software tools and direct marketing aspects is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and able to offer solutions that meet client needs while maintaining standard solutions.
  • Ability to work in a high-production, fast-paced environment and effectively manage conflict.
