Role OverviewAs a Field Inventory Analyst, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our products are where they need to be, when they need to be there. You'll collaborate closely with our field teams and internal stakeholders to manage inventory effectively, supporting seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management Excellence:
Work closely with our field-based teams and external partners to coordinate efficient inventory strategies.
Ensure timely repositioning of inventory, manage cycle counts, and address short-dated inventory challenges proactively.
Play a pivotal role in optimizing inventory accuracy and availability to enhance customer satisfaction.
Customer EngagementSupport account-specific inventory needs, conducting regular audits and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Educate customers on best practices for inventory management, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
Operational SupportProvide responsive on-call support during critical business needs, including evenings and weekends.
Travel locally, with occasional overnight stays, to meet the demands of our diverse customer base.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in logistics, supply chain, or related areas preferred.
