Location: This position is remote, and applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Job TypeFull-time Job SummaryAs a Fleet Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and optimization of our aircraft fleet. You'll coordinate acquisitions, manage aircraft performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborating closely with various departments, your efforts will enhance operational efficiency and support our ambitious expansion goals. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategies to expand our fleet in alignment with company objectives. Coordinate aircraft acquisitions, including negotiations, contracts, and financing. Identify and engage with potential aircraft owners to grow our fleet. Cultivate strong relationships with aircraft owners, brokers, and industry partners. Stay abreast of market trends and opportunities to drive fleet growth initiatives. Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients to showcase our services and fleet management capabilities. Work closely with maintenance, operations, and finance teams to optimize fleet utilization. Analyze market trends and provide insights for fleet expansion or upgrades. Manage relationships with aircraft manufacturers, leasing companies, and service providers. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on fleet performance and development plans for senior management. QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or aviation operations. Solid understanding of regulatory requirements in aviation, preferably with exposure to Part 135 operations. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
