Manage P&L responsibilities with a keen eye for financial performance.

Oversee the management of patient health records with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate on projects and initiatives to enhance operational strategies.
Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize business outcomes.
QualificationsMinimum of 2 years in health information management or related experience.
Proven track record in team leadership and operational management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
Background in healthcare environments is preferred.
Strong passion for process improvement and problem-solving.
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders on complex issues.
Familiarity with data entry accuracy and office procedures.
Openness to occasional travel as needed (up to 30%).
Bonus PointsPrevious experience in ROI management.
RHIT or RHIA credentials.
MHA or HIM-related degree.
