What You'll DoLead Logistics: Manage and streamline logistics for our solar projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Collaborate: Work closely with Procurement and Project Managers to coordinate material deliveries.
Manage Inventory: Keep track of inventory, create reconciliation reports, and resolve any discrepancies.
Team Coordination: Ensure the team is well-staffed for material management activities and maintain strong communication with vendors.
Problem-Solving: Tackle any schedule changes or on-site issues with creative solutions.
Equipment Oversight: Schedule maintenance for on-site equipment and machinery.
Develop Processes: Create efficient processes for logistics and ensure they are consistently followed.
Invoice Review: Ensure all logistics invoices are accurate and complete.
What You'll BringEducation: A Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
Experience: At least 6 years in logistics management, ideally in construction or renewable energy.
SkillsStrong knowledge of construction activities and logistics.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
Physical DemandsComfortable sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours daily.
Light lifting of files (up to 25 pounds) occasionally.
Minimal bending, stooping, or reaching.
Working ConditionsSafe working environment with minimal health and safety risks.
Moderate to low noise levels.
