What You'll DoLead change management initiatives for our Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, overseeing large-scale training programs across the US and Canada.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and execute P2P change management strategies, ensuring effective communication and training.
Manage and evaluate the impact of training programs on over 1500 GXO end users, continuously refining our training approaches.
Serve as a liaison with our suppliers, educating them on GXO's Procure-To-Pay requirements and driving increased supplier engagement.
Conduct workshops and team meetings to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, influencing key decisions and driving successful change initiatives.
What You Need To SucceedBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience in training or change management roles, particularly in systems-related environments.
Strong organizational, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
Experience in leading large-scale end-user training programs and drafting enterprise-wide communications.
Ability to travel domestically up to 15%.
Bonus Points ForExperience with Oracle Fusion.
Knowledge of the End-to-End Procure-to-Pay Process.
Familiarity with SharePoint setup and maintenance.
