About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Medical Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. In this hybrid role, you'll split your time between working remotely and collaborating directly with our clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate order processing and troubleshoot issues within the supply chain.
Compile and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations for product sourcing.
Resolve logistical challenges and implement effective solutions.
Utilize specialized IT applications to manage contingency contracts.
Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure contract compliance.
Promote our readiness program to potential new vendors.
Analyze data and recommend system improvements for effective operations.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in medical logistics.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with federal contract management.
Strong analytical, administrative, and project management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and independently as needed.
Some travel required for conducting material inventory counts.
Physical RequirementsAbility to sit or stand for extended periods.
Mobility to perform daily duties efficiently, including bending, reaching, and possibly lifting up to 25 lbs.
