Role OverviewJoin our team as a Product Analyst specializing in Supply Chain & Logistics. You will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy and operational efficiency. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Operations, your work will be instrumental in driving data-driven decisions and optimizing our logistics operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive analyses using advanced statistical techniques to drive strategic product decisions and operational enhancements.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to automate operational workflows and streamline processes.
Develop and refine operational models to optimize driver planning and performance.
Offer strategic insights into driver recruitment strategies, performance metrics, and retention initiatives.
Perform detailed growth analyses, including demand forecasting and inventory management.
Evaluate the impact of new product launches through rigorous experimentation and data-driven evaluation.
Design and implement robust production data models to support informed decision-making.
Ensure data integrity and availability by maintaining clean, well-documented datasets.
Champion best practices in data modeling and contribute to our evolving data culture through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in analytics or a related field, emphasizing data analysis, modeling, and actionable insights.
Proficiency in SQL and proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python).
Experience with statistical inference and predictive modeling techniques.
Familiarity with data transformation tools (e.g., DBT) and handling large, complex datasets.
Strong alignment with our mission and values, including a passion for solving real-world problems through data-driven solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a proactive attitude towards learning and tackling challenges.
Additional InformationSalary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, generous PTO, and parental leave.
Occasional travel required (up to 15%).
