Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Engagement: Monitor and manage our group inbox, ensuring prompt action on all inquiries and requests.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with various teams including store operations, marketing, and finance to fulfill supply requirements efficiently and effectively.
Problem-Solving: Tackle ad hoc challenges by gathering insights and providing strategic recommendations, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Vendor Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our valued vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and setting high standards for excellence.
Reporting and Analysis: Handle regular reports and identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement, ensuring accurate invoicing and supply chain operations.
Process Optimization: Work with operations teams to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement best practices.
Program Management: Engage with other departments to align projects and initiatives with overall business objectives, anticipating and managing risks along the way.
New Vendor Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new vendors, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to company standards.
QualificationsExperience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in purchasing, inventory management, or related fields.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
