Position SummaryAs a Resource Development Coordinator with our team, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth journey. You'll be responsible for ensuring our motor carrier partners feel supported and valued from the moment they join our network. From crafting compelling job listings to managing the onboarding process, your communication skills and attention to detail will drive our success.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with department managers to understand and meet transportation needs.
Create and publish engaging job/contract opportunities that attract top-tier motor carrier partners.
Guide candidates through the onboarding journey with clear communication and support.
Ensure compliance with documentation and background checks for motor carrier teams.
Organize and conduct informative calls to onboard potential motor carriers effectively.
Assist in managing logistics services to optimize operational efficiency.
Occasionally support start-up initiatives within our dynamic work environment.
RequirementsPrevious experience in motor carrier recruitment or similar roles.
Knowledge of motor carrier onboarding processes.
Familiarity with reviewing certificates of insurance and ensuring compliance.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
