Key Responsibilities
- Support and enhance government supply chain and workforce management systems.
- Leverage your experience with INFOR applications, including Supply Chain, Workforce Management, and Distribution/Requisition Orders.
- Troubleshoot INFOR-related issues, identify solutions, and propose alternatives.
- Utilize Birst Reports for data refresh and validation, ensuring seamless INFOR updates.
- Provide support for the INFOR Warehouse Management System.
- Configure and support integrations between INFOR and third-party applications.
- Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role, specifically within a government sector environment.
- INFOR Expertise: Hands-on experience configuring and supporting INFOR solutions.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field.
- Skills: Proven problem-solving abilities, experience with INFOR update methodologies, and familiarity with INFOR Warehouse Management and third-party integrations.
- Work Arrangement: Remote
