We're seeking a passionate and skilled Product Analyst to join our remote team and drive data-informed decisions in supply chain and logistics. In this role, you'll leverage your analytical expertise to support product development, optimize operations, and enhance our overall efficiency. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure that our strategies and processes are grounded in solid data insights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Perform detailed analyses using a range of statistical and analytical techniques to guide product and business decisions.
  • Process Optimization: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to automate operational processes and optimize driver planning through advanced models.
  • Strategic Insights: Provide insights on driver hiring strategies, performance, and retention. Conduct growth and expansion analyses to support demand forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Experimentation & Measurement: Identify opportunities for product improvements and measure the impact of launches through rigorous experimentation and analysis.
  • Data Architecture: Build and maintain data models and ensure clean, transformed data is ready for analysis. Define and implement best practices for data modeling and data warehouse design.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Research, Engineering, Growth, and Operations to drive impactful solutions and influence product strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of our team's data culture and processes, offering insights and recommendations to enhance our data-driven decision-making.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: BA/BS or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Data Science.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in analytics or analytics engineering, with a strong focus on data analysis, modeling, and operational insights.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages (e.g., Python). Experience with statistical inference, predictive modeling, and data transformation systems (e.g., DBT).
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to design and evaluate experiments, work with large datasets, and apply statistical techniques for decision-making.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a strong alignment with our values, and a passion for solving real user problems through data.
