Role OverviewAs the Senior Director of Global Orthopedics Value Stream, you will lead the strategic execution of Orthopedic Operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with our global strategic roadmap. Your role is pivotal in driving governance and overseeing the successful implementation of programs that deliver impactful outcomes in both the short and long term.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a governance framework to streamline Orthopedic Operations and project execution.
Provide structured progress updates and manage risks associated with key programs.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders in Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, Global Procurement, and Operational Excellence to support program objectives.
Lead significant projects that drive business growth and operational excellence.
Implement optimization programs to enhance inventory management, cost efficiency, and service quality.
Drive standardization of processes to optimize the efficiency of Purchase Finished Goods (PFG).
Contribute to the design and implementation of customer-centric strategies to improve satisfaction levels.
Performance ManagementDevelop and execute analytics strategies to identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost reduction.
Implement effective performance management processes and dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders.
Assess and elevate the maturity level of Orthopedic Operations sites through strategic planning and operational support.
Leadership And Team DevelopmentFoster a culture of trust, inclusivity, and collaboration across the organization.
Champion a feedback-driven environment to enhance team development and organizational performance.
Overcome challenges and promote efficient decision-making processes.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
15 years of experience in leadership, operations, project management, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead diverse, multicultural teams and influence stakeholders in a matrix environment.
Strong business acumen with expertise in operations, compliance, and finance.
Strategic thinker with robust decision-making skills.
Experience in managing teams, with a track record of delivering results.
Travel requirement: 10-25%.
