Join a dynamic team in a remote position where you'll play a crucial role as a Senior Vendor Coordinator. This role revolves around managing billing reconciliation, tracking payments and expenses, and implementing data analytics frameworks. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to trend analysis and streamline reconciliation processes, harnessing the power of advanced technologies like artificial intelligence and machine learning.
What You'll DoHandle invoicing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily invoice workflows.
Track expenses and conduct audits to ensure compliance with contracted rates.
Support operational vendors by reconciling rates and reviewing invoices.
Maintain and update databases to generate senior management reports used for strategic decision-making.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, tracking feedback and resolving disputes promptly.
Conduct audits of vendor website user IDs to ensure adherence to company policies.
