Are you ready to embark on an adventure in procurement and project management? We're seeking a dynamic Strategic Sourcing Analyst IV to join our team for a temporary role, fully remote! You'll be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless transition and readiness of various products to new strategic partners.
ResponsibilitiesTake the lead as a procurement project manager for our exciting "Raven project" portfolio. Your mission? Flawlessly execute and manage suppliers' integration until we reach SOP and provide 3-6 months of post-SOP support.
Be the go-to person for all things related to procurement topics concerning hand tools, crimpers, and anvils. You'll collaborate closely with our business transformation project management team.
Manage suppliers' capacity and commercial aspects with finesse. This includes handling all contracts and supporting our partners to meet TE's expected levels.
Partner up with our Supply Chain department to ensure smooth physical flows, cover total landed costs, and monitor planning and inventory levels with suppliers.
Represent procurement in cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and Operations, for the assigned portfolio.
Play an active role in achieving our objectives/targets regarding Supplier Quality, Delivery, and Material Productivity. You'll also contribute to Procurement metrics to enhance our team's performance.
Lead and execute the Sourcing Steps-RFQ process like a pro.
Troubleshoot any issues related to supply disruptions and ensure smooth operations.
Uphold and advocate for adherence to global processes, policies, procedures, and best practices within TE and across our supply base.
What We're Looking For5-8 years of experience in the field, ready to bring your expertise to the table.
A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Finance/Economics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively navigate diverse teams.
Knowledge and experience in project management, negotiation, and analytics.
Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly in planning & purchasing.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of financial costing of products, because every detail counts.

Compensation And BenefitsCompetitive base salary based on experience: $105,760 - $158,640 (subject to change based on location and qualifications)
