Your RoleAs a Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape our data strategy. You'll work closely with Data Engineering to ensure our data warehouse supports strategic initiatives across Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and more. Your insights will directly impact decision-making processes and drive our business forward.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau to visualize complex data.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Mentor team members on best practices in data reporting and analytics.
Drive continuous improvement in our reporting environment to empower users and enhance efficiency.
Skills And QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in data or business analysis, ideally in supply chain or manufacturing.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (Tableau preferred).
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
