About The RoleAs a Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our Data Engineering & Analytics team, shaping the future of our centralized data warehouse. Your mission? To ensure our data infrastructure supports critical business needs across Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and more. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, guiding the development of dashboards and reports that drive strategic insights.
What You'll DoPartner with stakeholders to define and refine business and technical requirements for our data warehouse.
Develop intuitive dashboards and reports in BI tools like Tableau, empowering users to make data-driven decisions effortlessly.
Dive deep into complex data sets, uncovering trends and providing actionable insights that fuel operational excellence.
Mentor and support cross-functional teams in adopting best practices for data reporting and analytics.
Collaborate with technical leads and business analysts to streamline workflows and achieve company goals effectively.
What You Bring3-5 years of experience in Data, Systems, or Business Analysis, with a strong track record in enterprise reporting.
Expertise in SQL for data querying and visualization tools like Tableau; familiarity with other BI tools is a plus.
Background in supply chain operations is essential; experience in logistics or manufacturing environments preferred.
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
