Are you passionate about ensuring compliance and navigating the complexities of supply chain management? We're looking for a motivated Supply Chain Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team! This is a remote-telework opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while occasionally attending important meetings in our office locations. What You'll DoCollaborate with the Global Supply Chain Management Director of Governance and Diversity to uphold compliance standards. Offer expert guidance to procurement professionals, leveraging knowledge of regulatory frameworks like FAR and FAR Supplements. Prepare and support procurement teams for audits, including Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSRs) and internal/external audits. Provide hands-on assistance and training to ensure adherence to compliance policies and procedures. Play a key role in supporting various programs such as small business initiatives, property management, and accounting system reviews. Maintain meticulous records of audit requests and responses, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Review procurement documentation and ERP system orders to guarantee compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Monitor and report on compliance metrics to management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement. Investigate and resolve compliance issues and inquiries, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency. Lead or contribute to the development of tools and processes to enhance employee awareness and streamline compliance efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Unit management, Legal Department, and senior-level stakeholders. What You NeedBachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience. Prior experience in subcontract administration or management, ideally with CPSR support experience. Strong understanding of government contracting regulations, including FAR, FAR Supplements, and SBA requirements. Effective leadership, teamwork, and presentation skills, with the ability to work autonomously. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills. Comfortable with occasional travel as required. US Citizenship is required.
