ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute supply chain strategies that drive business success.
Manage suppliers and materials effectively to maintain smooth operations.
Lead sales and operations planning to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Control production schedules and inventory to meet demand.
Streamline logistics and warehousing processes for seamless operations.
Support the introduction of new products with efficiency and precision.
Ensure compliance with ITAR regulations and fiscal responsibilities.
Foster internal communication and collaboration for a cohesive team environment.
Administer policies, procedures, and processes to maintain standards.
Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.
Track and measure performance metrics for continuous improvement.
QualificationsPrevious experience in supply chain management, preferably in aerospace and/or defense industries.
Knowledge of electrical components manufacturing processes.
