What You'll Do

What You'll Do
- Forecasting & Procurement:
- Manage and refine forecasts for a diverse product catalog.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to support all sales channels.
- Oversee smooth delivery logistics from production to warehouse.
- Generate weekly inventory reports and monitor key metrics.
- Supply-Chain Management:
- Lead communications with suppliers and build strong relationships.
- Enhance lead times and reduce risks in the supply chain.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
- Support retail expansion, product development, and negotiation efforts.
- Quality Control:
- Supervise quality assurance for all purchase orders.
- Analyze defect rates and develop processes to continuously improve quality.
- Operations:
- Manage operations with our 3PL partner and ensure seamless integration with our e-commerce platform.
- Address and resolve any operational issues.
- Develop and enforce organizational standards, create efficient processes, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- A passion for our brand and mission.
- A love for remote work with a track record of success in this setting.
- Over 5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or procurement roles.
- Proven expertise in forecasting, inventory management, and working with international suppliers.
- Experience with e-commerce supply chains, retail distribution, and managing 3PLs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a knack for building and analyzing reports.
- A detail-oriented, process-driven approach with exceptional organizational skills.
