We're on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Replenishment Manager to join our dynamic team in Bentonville, AR. As part of our collaborative and fast-paced environment, you'll play a crucial role in managing our operations with a major retail partner. We need someone who can effectively communicate and coordinate across teams, both internally and externally.
ResponsibilitiesUse historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to forecast sales, inventory, and shipments for various products and channels.
Track and analyze forecast accuracy metrics, providing actionable recommendations to optimize our operations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory levels, on-time deliveries, and customer forecasts.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance service levels.
Build strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders through effective communication and follow-up.
Support joint business planning meetings and processes with our retail partners and internal teams.
Assist in ensuring accurate and timely order management and logistics coordination.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields.
4-6 years of experience in inventory management, supply planning, or forecasting.
Preferably have experience in a dynamic industry with seasonal planning dynamics.
Familiarity with ERP systems, Excel, and database applications.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on business metrics and scenario analysis.
Knowledge of demand planning processes and S&OP practices is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to assertively communicate ideas.
