As a key player in our debt recovery efforts, you'll be responsible for contacting customers to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve overdue accounts. Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with customers to discuss debt issues and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Utilize persuasive communication techniques to encourage customers to fulfill their financial obligations.
• Document all interactions with customers accurately and comprehensively.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding debt collections practices and compliance regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and disputes promptly.
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets for debt recovery and call quality metrics.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or License in finance or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in debt collections, customer service, or sales roles preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for negotiation and persuasion.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with debt collections software is advantageous.

We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
