About PolicySaver 

Join our team as a Sales and Customer Service Representative and embark on a rewarding career helping clients navigate health insurance enrollment and government subsidy applications under the Affordable Care Act. We welcome individuals with no sales or health insurance experience – our comprehensive sales training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed. Most of our clients qualify for a 100% no-cost health insurance plan, and you'll play a vital role in ensuring they find the best plan with maximum government tax subsidies.

About the Role

  • No sales or health insurance experience needed!
  • This is a high-volume role where you will provide outbound outreach to warm prospects (no cold calling).
  • Guide clients through the health insurance enrollment process and help them apply for government subsidies under the Affordable Care Act.
  • Match clients with the right insurance plans based on their unique needs.
  • Articulate insurance plans effectively and gather necessary information for successful applications.
  • Engage in sales conversations over the phone, helping clients make informed decisions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and supportive client experience.
  • Work hours: Monday - Friday. 8:45am - 5:30pm Central Time.

About You

  • Must have or be able to obtain a Texas state insurance producers license.
    • Complete a comprehensive ~20-hour online training course.
    • Licensing must be completed before you are able to start work and requires a 20hr online course and passing a state exam (We will pay for all licensing and training via a $1,000 starting bonus).
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check.
  • Coachable – you are the type of person who loves feedback.
  • Possess strong attention to detail for accurate application processes.
  • Enjoy helping people and thrive in a customer-focused environment.
  • Comfortable with written communication and confident in conducting sales conversations over the phone.

About the Compensation and Benefits

  • Total expected cash compensation (base salary commission) = $40,000 - $62,000 /year.
    • On-track commission = $19,200 - $41,200 /year.
    • Base salary = $20,800/year.
  • Paid training (4 weeks).

  • 8 paid company holidays per year.
  • 17 Flexible Time Off days to start; will get increased to 20 days upon your one-year anniversary.
