Job Description

• Coordinate recruitment and staffing
• Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding, including training, benefits enrollment, and preparation and filing of proper documentation
• Collaborate with personnel across the company and third-party vendors to support various HR initiatives and to ensure all relevant laws are posted and followed
• Exercise discretion and confidentiality in all facets of the job

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred
• 2 years’ experience in HR administration or a legal compliance role
• Or an equivalent combination of education training and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong independent work ethic and ability to multitask
• Effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
