Responsibilities
•Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff
•Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure
•Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff
•Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions
•Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel's food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule
Qualifications
•High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus
•Food handling license required
•Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations
•Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus
•Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards
