Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Duties:
- Conduct night audit procedures to verify all accounts are balanced and all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
- Monitor hotel security cameras and report any suspicious activities
- Prepare daily reports for management summarizing hotel operations and financial transactions
- Assist with front desk duties as needed during the night shift
- Laundry - Towels each night
- Setting up Bistro area for Breakfast - will help Bistro if busy during 6:30am to 7am
- Starbucks on site is open 24/7 coffee is served 24/7 by staff
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or night audit is preferred
- Familiarity with hotel operations, guest services, and front desk procedures
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
