Collaborating with manufacturing teams, you'll identify and address any deviations, ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory standards.
Responsibilities : Conduct Visual Inspections : Perform detailed visual inspections of pharmaceutical products, identifying any defects or deviations from quality standards.
Quality Assurance : Evaluate products against regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pharmaceutical industry standards.
Documentation : Document inspection findings accurately, maintaining comprehensive records for regulatory compliance and audit purposes.
Defect Identification : Identify and categorize defects, communicating findings to relevant stakeholders and supporting root cause analysis efforts.
Process Improvement : Continuously improve visual inspection processes to enhance efficiency and reliability, ensuring consistent product quality.
Training and Support : Provide training to production personnel on visual inspection techniques and regulatory requirements.
Strong attention to detail and familiarity with pharmaceutical quality standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a regulated environment.
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA regulations). Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
