Labeling Specialist -- On-site in Plymouth, Minnesota

We are seeking a Labeling Specialist to support our HF/SH Department. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. This role involves designing labels, managing documentation changes, and collaborating with various project teams to meet labeling requirements.

Job Qualifications

• Required:
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines and shifting priorities
• Experience or desire to work in a regulated environment or industry (e.g., manufacturing, quality, etc.)
• Recent graduates with a design focus are welcome
• Preferred:
• Previous experience in label design work, preferably with Loftware, Bartender, or enLabel
• Experience working with document control systems, especially Windchill
• Design experience with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Photoshop
• Labeling/Design experience (1 years)
• Bachelor's degree (highly preferred) or Associate's degree with relevant labeling experience

Job Duties

• Perform label design work based on project needs
• Manage documentation change orders to create or revise labeling content
• Engage with project teams (both local and remote) to support individual project needs
• Collaborate with other teams across the Abbott program

Term and Start

• On-site in Plymouth, MN
• 12 month contract
• Pay rate: $20-23/HR
