Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support for frontline manufacturing operations
• Monitor and report yields and output, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Assist in project support activities as required
• Evaluate production equipment and processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Conduct process validation and troubleshooting as needed
• Write protocols and reports to document findings and outcomes
• Generate and update manufacturing process documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Biomedical Engineering (Master’s degree accepted)
• 0-2 years of experience, co-op or internship experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt
