Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing, and inspection to ensure product quality.
• Design and install sophisticated testing equipment to perform product testing and analysis.
• Analyze reports and defective products to identify quality trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with supplier representatives to address quality issues, implement effective corrective actions, and contribute to supplier quality improvement programs.
• Ensure products are free of flaws and function as designed through rigorous testing and inspection processes.
• Maintain quality documentation and reports for compliance purposes.
• Continuously monitor and enhance quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding and application of quality assurance principles, practices, and procedures.
• Experience with designing and implementing testing equipment and methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and trends to drive quality improvements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Certifications in quality assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) are a plus
