Job Title: Information Systems Engineer (SAP Functional Consultant)

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Information Systems Engineer with over 10 years of SAP experience, including 5 years specializing in the SAP PPDS module with SAP S/4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional configuration and design for SAP PPDS in Discrete and Repetitive Manufacturing environments. This role requires deep knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and guidelines, particularly within the medical device industry.

Job Duties:

• Perform functional configuration and design tasks for SAP PPDS, focusing on Discrete and Repetitive Manufacturing.
• Implement and integrate various planning processes, such as Make to Stock, ETO, and CTO, with other planning solutions (e.g., IBP, APO, o9).
• Collaborate closely with IT peers in Infrastructure, Information Security, development, and the project management office to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
• Analyze business requirements from users, prepare, and review functional specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in SAP PPDS module and SAP S/4 HANA.
• Extensive hands-on experience in functional configuration and design for SAP PPDS in Discrete and Repetitive Manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC PPDS/APO, Shelf-Life Planning, Safety Stock Planning, MRP Live functions, Sales and Operational Planning, and Contract Manufacturing business processes.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, Computer Systems Validation (CSV), and guidelines in the medical device industry.
• Proven ability to work independently, self-motivated, and a go-getter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with various IT verticals and business users.

Term and Start

• 12 month contract
• On-site in Sunnyvale, CA
• Pay rate: $100-105/HR Based on experience
