Role Overview: As an Account Executive at GG Homes, you'll be the driving force behind change, leading your team to greatness and making a real impact on the world. If you are aggressive, social, and thrive on taking initiative and closing deals, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
•Negotiate and close purchase contracts with homeowners.
•Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
•Build and manage a growing pipeline through outbound prospecting.
•Analyze investment opportunities for viability.
•Lead and mentor a team of high-performing individuals.
•Challenge the status quo and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
•2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
•Comfortability on the phone connecting with sellers.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
•Creative and innovative thinker.
•Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bonus Points:
•Experience in the real estate industry.
•Proficiency with CRM software.
•Experience in lead generation and prospecting.
•Strong closing skills.
•Fluency in Spanish.
