Qualifications and Duties:

• Must be and friendly and enjoy talking to people.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently is necessary.
• Ability to work with today's technology i.e., Email, Google Drive, etc.
• Typing speed minimum 45 wpm
• Answers incoming phone calls and handles each call accordingly.
• Greets prospective residents, qualifies, determines needs and preferences, professionally presents community and specific apartments
• Process applications with the team
• Scan and enter bills in the software
• Liaise with residents and maintenance personnel
• Project management for interior and exterior property renovations
• Other administrative tasks
• Occasional help with off hour calls (on rotation)
