We've partnered with a Retail company looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
·Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
·Utilize advanced financial software tools (e.g., QuickBooks, depreciation & rental software) to enhance reporting and decision-making capabilities.
·Coordinate and facilitate bank audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls.
·Develop effective accounting policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
·Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes, maintaining financial stability and integrity.
Qualifications:
·Minimum 5 years of recent experience as a Senior Level Accountant.
·Strong proficiency in end-of-month closings and Full-Cycle accounting.
·Expertise in implementing and refining accounting policies and methods.
·Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
