GI ALLIANCE is Hiring a Parking Attendant (Part-Time) Near Flowood, MS
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Position purposeEnsure safety and provide assistance to patients, guests, vendors, providers and staff members utilizing the Companys premises/parking lot complex.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/TasksReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Monitor the parking lot for any unauthorized activity and report to management.
- Direct traffic in and out of the parking lot
- Ensure sidewalks, parking lot and office entrance are clean and free of debris and trash
- Respect the autonomy and the right to confidentiality of all patients, guests, vendors, and staff entering and exiting the office complex
- Strictly follow all guidelines and procedures to ensure safety and confidentiality
- Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers.
- Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot and offer additional service during inclement weather
- Report any suspicious acts to office manager
- Maintain acceptable hygiene and professional appearance
- Monitors the office building and parking lot lights for proper working order and notifies Office Manager of items needing attention.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Other duties assigned as assigned
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of related experience preferred
Performance Requirements
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Detailed and organizational skills, capable of completing tasks in an efficient manner.
- Able to demonstrate ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to patients served including staff, GI Alliance consumers, and the public.
